Have I made a difference? Yes
I have helped by weeding the back bye the vegetable garden.
I was helpful when I helped my friends know the rules to game when they didn't know the rules.
I made a good choice when I helped stop my friends from play fighting.
I was a good friend when I helped take care of a friend when he was crying.

Dear Diary today we had fitness outside.
The first rotation was shuttle runs, followed by star jumps and bur pies, then skipping, after skipping then hurdles and then the ladder run.
After fitness I was exhausted but also felt like I got fitter.
