K.I.P Dairy Entry

Dear Diary today we had fitness outside.
The first rotation was shuttle runs, followed by star jumps and bur pies, then skipping, after skipping then hurdles and then the ladder run.
After fitness I was exhausted but also felt like I got fitter.

It's great to hear what you have been doing at KIP camp Bruce. I might have to do something like this for our class at P.E. to help them improve their fitness!
I look forward to hearing more about what you are getting up to at Camp.
